Medway & Swale Clinical Commissioning Groups and Medway Foundation Trust need your help to improve outpatients’ facilities.
Are you living with a respiratory condition in Medway or Swale? Do you care for a family member who attends respiratory outpatient appointments? Do you work on the frontline of delivering these services? Then you are invited to a patient planning workshop!
This event aims to bring together people who use services and their family carers with clinical staff and NHS commissioners.
At the workshop, you will look at the current pathways of care, find elements which can be improved and look at possible solutions. These might include moving some outpatients services into community locations, supporting patients to have more control over their care or making more use of new technology.
There are a limited number of places so please register as soon as you can.
