About this event
We are off to visit Hoo with Rural Kent Coffee Caravan Project.
This amazing project is a source of information for locals about local support and a chance to get the community together for a chat, plus they make some amazing cake!!
The Coffee Caravan Project has invited us to come along so we can be there if you have an issues or questions about your local health and social care support. So if you would like to have a chat with us or are just interested in meeting some new people, come along!
