Healthwatch Medway Annual Report 2019/20
Every year we are legally obliged to publish an annual report and this year is no different.

We'd had lots of great moments last year but here are a few key highlights.
In 2019 - 2020 we;
- supported 975 people
- reached over 13,000 people
- helped young carers to have their voice heard
- ensured people who have had a stroke and their carers are involved in the design of the new stroke service

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to pick up the phone, drop us an email, send a text, or stopped to chat at an event.
All of you have shared your stories of using Medway's health & social care services. You told us what's good and what's not so good.
We've been able to use your stories to help improve services for other people.
