This year Healthwatch Medway is looking at heath inequalities in Medway.
In April, Healthwatch Medway have been in Halling and Cuxton and have been speaking to locals to find out what the major issues are in their communities. We have produced this report so we can raise these issues with the wider health and social care system, and work together to address the inequalities across Medway.
